Ford has launched a special edition of their Endeavour SUV called the All-Terrain Edition for Rs 19.11 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The Endeavour is the American automakers full size SUV for the Indian market and after the Hurricane Edition; this is the second special variant for the SUV.
On the outside, the All-Terrain edition gets a new grille, hood decal, chrome treatment for various parts of the front fasica. The SUV also gets 16inch chrome-plated alloy wheels and illuminated scuff plates under the doors.
Inside, Ford has given the All-Terrain edition two-tone beige interiors, a reversing camera, new steering mounted audio controls, touch-screen Sat-Nav, more airbags and a revised design for the four-wheel drive controls.
The Endeavour All-Terrain edition will be powered by the 3.0-litre diesel engine which produces 156bhp and 380Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the wheels via a five-speed automatic gearbox and a four-wheel drive system.
The Endeavour or Everest as it is known globally has been on sale in the Indian market for more than four years now and will soon be joined by the eagerly awaited EcoSport.
