- Electrically operated sunroof with manual blind

- Body coloured inserts on dashboard, centre console and door trims
The all-new Ford EcoSport that was launched last year was spotted at a dealership in Kerala sporting a sunroof and custom interiors. Touted to be the Titanium S, sitting above the top-spec Titanium+ trim, the pictures also show a six-speed chart on the gear-lever.
The Ford EcoSport has pumped fresh blood in Ford’s veins and the American brand is working towards extending its range from the entry-level buyer to the top-spec premium buyer. The electric sunroof and the highlighted interior certainly make the cabin look much more premium and lively compared to the plain black interior of the EcoSport.
Also the spotted car sports a new set of alloys that reminds us of the wheels on the first EcoSport. The mystery of the six-speed transmission is yet to be unravelled but it certainly might be in the offing to compete with the Nexon and the Honda WR-V, both of which are offered with six-speed boxes.

With the added equipment, the new top-spec Ecosport might be offered at a premium of Rs 60,000 to Rs 1 lakh over the top-spec Titanium+, thereby taking it close to Rs 12 lakhs, ex-showroom. With the production ready model spotted already, the launch can be expected within a couple of months.
