Sometime back, Ford had introduced the Figo Titanium Blu in India. This time around, the Ford Aspire Blu has started arriving at dealerships thereby indicating on its possible launch sometime soon. The new variant is expected to sit below the top-spec Titanium+ variant. As compared to the regular Aspire, the Aspire Blu comes with a new set of cosmetic and feature upgrades.
Based on what can be seen, the Aspire Blu gets silver and blue inserts on the front bumper along with black and blue decals on the sides and boot lid. As for the interior, the vehicle gets a black upholstery with blue stitching, blue door trims and a ‘Blu’ logo. Additionally, the new variant also gets a leather-wrapped steering wheel, touchscreen infotainment system and two airbags.
Mechanically, the Aspire Blu will be introduced in petrol and diesel engine options. The 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine generates 95bhp and 120Nm of torque, while the diesel version gets a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine that generates 99bhp and 215Nm of torque. Both the engines are expected to be paired with a five-speed manual transmission.
