Ford appoints a new distributor in AP and Telangana for availability of spares

Ford India has appointed a new dealer in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for the availability of genuine parts in the region. In addition, the carmaker has also undertaken some more initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

JP Auto Zone is the eighth exclusive distributor to cater to retailers and independent repair shops across the region. It is located at 15-4-238/239, AP House, Gowliguda Chaman in Hyderabad. In the next phase, Ford India will expand this retail distribution to West Bengal, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab.

Ford India has also added some more services to better the ownership experience of a Ford car owner. These include Sub Assembly Levels for Repairs, localisation and Competitive Parts Pricing, Fixed Price Service Calculator and Ford Vehicle Personalisation Centre. The carmaker has in the past come up with many such customer-based initiatives like pan-India roadside assistance, 90 minute-Quick Service bays, mobile service vans and a vehicle report card; all in a bid to better the customer experience.
