- Will arrive in H1 of CY 2025
- Moves to the Modern Solid Design language
As Skoda revealed the Kylaq SUV, we also learnt of their EV plans, which include the Elroq and Enyaq facelifts in 2025 and a locally made Kushaq-sized BEV in 2027. The Elroq is already out, and now here is our first look at the Enyaq facelift.
The design sketches reveal a similar silhouette to the outgoing model but now with all the design elements from Skoda’s Modern Solid Design language. This includes a new face, rear design and brand-new alloy wheels. In the pictures (at least) the Enyaq facelift looks bigger and with a lot more ‘loud’ (by Skoda standards at least) design elements to help the car stand out.
The interior and feature list could get some minor revisions but we expect no changes to the powertrain and underpinnings. Depending on the variant, you get FWD or AWD as well as a range of up to 600kms on a single charge. It is expected to be offered with a host of ‘Simply Clever’ practicality options
Skoda is expected to bring this EV as a CBU for the Indian market but if there is enough demand, Skoda could also locally assemble the EV SUV at its Aurangabad factory.
