Fiat Chrysler Automobiles India (FCA) has organised a free check-up camp for their customers from October 5 to 17. Fiat car owners can get their cars checked at the nearest dealership.
The service personnel will accordingly advise car owners if their cars need any repair or part replacements. The company will also offer a 10 per cent discount on labour and spare parts at a cheaper cost. They will also get a complimentary free car wash at the workshop.
Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, FCA, said, "FCA’s commitment to the Indian market is massive and gaining customer satisfaction is the topmost priority. FCA India is curating programs that are aimed at enhancing consumer connect and this nationwide check-up camp is a part of the initiative. FCA India has been rolling out routine programs through which the current FIAT owners can get technical support and keep their cars in check."
Fiat India is making constant efforts to reach out to its customer base spread across India. They aim to connect with the existing and prospective customers through such check-up camps.
