Fiat India has announced its plan of organising a free check-up camp for all its customers at its various franchises across the country. This two-day check-up camp will be conducted at all Fiat dealerships in India and will be held from January 24 to 25.
The personnel at the Fiat dealerships will inform the customers via text messages and e-mails. The customers can get their cars checked at the dealership. Fiat has facilitated a 49 point check-up for the Punto and the Linea. The existing customers get a free wash of their car apart from the basic servicing. Additionally, they can also avail of a 10 per cent discount on the spare parts if there are any mechanical damages or repairs to be done. Other accessories for their car and merchandise can also be purchased with a 10 per cent discount.
Fiat India is making its best efforts to please its widespread customer base. They plan to win the trust of the existing and prospective customers which they were not able to do previously. This venture is a part of the company’s landmark initiative of inaugurating 100 dealerships all over India within a year.
Nagesh Basavanhalli, President and Managing Director, FIAT Chrysler India Operations said, “FIAT India is rapidly taking strides to reach out to incumbent and prospective customers. The after sales check-up camps are an effective way to connect with our existing customer base and our commitment towards them. Through the check-up camps, we will replicate FIAT’s global standards in after sales service in India. This initiative is a part of “FIAT Century Drive” which marks the significance of a milestone achievement of 100 dealerships in just one year.”
