Italian performance-car manufacturer Ferrari has reportedly witnessed a sales growth of 10.2 per cent with 9,251 units sold globally. This is about 853 units more than the total sales in 2017. Reports indicate that the V12 models have been the major contributors to overall sales, of which the 812 Superfast and La Ferrari Aperta have been popular choices. On the other hand, the V8 models, including the Ferrari Portofino and 488 Pista have witnessed a 19.6 per cent growth in sales, while the V8 models have witnessed a growth of 7.3 per cent.Â
In terms of region-wise sales, the company witnessed a 13.1 per cent growth in Europe while the American market has witnessed a growth of 6.7 per cent. A 12.6 per cent growth in sales number has been reported from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Sales in other Asian countries have increased by 7.8 per cent. Net revenues for 2018 have increased by few a millions to Euro 3.42 billion, which is up 0.1 per cent at current currency and up 3.2 per cent at constant currency.
