Recent reports suggest that Ferrari will officially mark its entry into the Indian market on August 26 and get this: the Italian supercar maker’s quota for India is already sold out for this year!
However, when you consider the ever-increasing number of well-off car enthusiasts and the fact that Ferrari has only allotted 20 cars for India in 2015, the sell-out doesn’t really come as a surprise.
Starting late August, Ferrari will be taking bookings for its global line-up via its dealerships, one each, in Mumbai and Delhi. This line-up will include all of Ferrari’s goodness in the form of the V8-powered 488 GTB, the 458 Spider and the 458 Speciale. Meanwhile, the brand’s glorious V12 range including the FF and the F12 Berlinetta will also officially grace the Indian market.
With both the dealerships in Mumbai and Delhi scheduled to open in October, Ferrari will be looking forwarding to catering to its new and existing customers. The officially entry, in fact, will greatly benefit existing Ferrari owners who have been inundated with appalling after-sales service from its former official importer.
