The much-awaited sports convertible, the Ferrari Portofino has finally been launched in India. The Portofino looks sharper and sportier than the California T. Here below are the top design highlights for the Portofino –
The Portofino gets a smiling front grille and an aerodynamically optimised body that gives it a sportier stance than the California.
The latest product from Ferrari gets a carbon fibre side skirt and rear wheel arch that merge neatly into the rear section of the car.
The vehicle gets a new 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged petrol V8 engine that generates 592bhp of power and 760Nm of torque. The F1 dual-clutch seven-speed gearbox directs power to the rear wheels.
The Portofino gets a new aluminium chassis, which is stiffer and 80kg lighter than the California. The new aerodynamic package claims to offer better torsional rigidity and aerodynamic efficiency.
The sports car also gets a new steering wheel with all the driver controls.
The dashboard gets a 10.2-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and a new air conditioning system.
The vehicle is offered with 18-way electrically adjustable seats on the front, while the rear offers more legroom, thanks to a new backrest design.
The run-flat tyres wrap around the 20-inch wheels.
