Italian sports car manufacturer Ferrari has further expanded its Indian line-up with the launch of the new GTC4Lusso. Priced at Rs 5.20 crore (ex-showroom, all India), the three-door four seater GTC4Lusso replaces the FF. As for the younger buyers, there is also the GTC4Lusso T which is priced at Rs 4.20 crore (ex-showroom, all India). Along with a four-wheel drive system and impressive performance figures, the latest product from Ferrari has paid special attention to the interiors with premium upholstery and other features, especially on the front.
Mechanically, the Ferrari GTC4Lusso is powered by a 6.2-litre V12 engine that generates an impressive 681bhp of power and 697Nm of torque. The powerful engine comes mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission that enables the vehicle to sprint from 0-100kmph in just about 3.4 seconds. The GTC4Lusso claims a top speed of 345kmph. The GTC4Lusso T on the other hand gets a 3.9-litre V8 turbo that generates 602bhp at 7,500 rpm and 760Nm of torque available between 3,000 and 5,250 rpm.
Ferrari GTC4Lusso undoubtedly looks better than its predecessor. The vehicle gets an aggressive front, flared wheel arches and carries a more proportional shooting brake design language. The rear gets a prominent rear diffuser and a traditional quad exhaust setup. With special attention paid to the interior, the vehicle also gets a large 10.25-inch touch screen on the front, while the passengers at the rear get a separate screen. The company also claims that the rear passenger legroom has been increased by 16mm in comparison to the FF.
The newly launched model from Ferrari competes against the likes of the Aston Martin Vanquish and the Lamborghini Aventador.
