Ferrari has opened its first tailor- made centre in the Asia Pacific region and to celebrate the opening of this new centre, the Italian sports car maker has taken the covers off new special edition models of its V12 powered F12 Berlinetta and the FF.
Called F12 Berlinetta Polo Edition and FF Dressage Edition, these two tailor- made models are inspired by from horse racing, says Ferrari. The brand had the F12 Berlinetta Polo Edition on display during the opening ceremony. The car comes finished in Bianco Italia Opaco with special navy blue racing stripes on the hood. The interior echoes the exterior theme, with paralleled racing lines running on the cabin’s leather upholstery.
The FF Dressage Edition, on the other hand, comes painted in Black Piano Nero while the cabin is trimmed with reddish saddle brown leather. This special edition features a grid-pattern sewing style for the front seats which, interestingly, help make the ride more comfortable and composed, claims Ferrari.
Ferrari has released no official details on the engine or the drivetrain, which means these new special edition models remain stock underneath. Since Ferrari has developed it solely for China, the special treatment given to the F12 Berlinetta and the FF won’t make it anywhere else including India.
