Ferrari has launched their new generation grand tourer in India. Dubbed the 812 Superfast, it’s priced at Rs 5.2 crores and packs a whole bunch of new technology that’s has been developed from the various racing programmes that Ferrari conducts.
Putting the word Superfast in the Ferrari 812 Superfast is a naturally aspirated 6.3-litre V12 engine that produces 789bhp/718Nm with power going to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual clutch unit. There’s a whole load of fancy technology to help you drive the car including massive carbon ceramic brakes, F1 style aerodynamics and rear-wheel steer to help you correct your line mid-corner.
It’s a stunner to look at and all around you see heavy aerodynamics influencing the design of the vehicle whether it be in front and rear splitters or even the massive vents behind the doors that air for aerodynamic grip over the rear wheels. The interior is all business like and with a minimalist design that looks to be functional yet luxurious all at the same time.
At this price range you can have top spec Lamborghini Aventador, Bentley Mulsanne, Rolls-Royce Dawn as well as the Rolls Royce Wraith.
