Our spy photographer in Germany sent us images of a refreshed Mercedes-Benz E Class Coupe doing the rounds around the company’s headquarters.
This is the first sighting of the updated coupe, and it comes soon after Mercedes-Benz was spied earlier last week testing their E Class All-Terrain with more-or-less the same upgrades. For the record, the concealed bits are mainly limited to sections of the head-lights, tail-lights and the front bumper.
However, it seems obvious that the E Class Coupe you see here incorporates a new full-LED headlamp with eye-brow shaped turn-indicators. At the rear, the tiny LED blocks within the tail-lamps lend a rather sporty appearance to the tail section. A trait which undoubtedly makes it resemble the face-lifted S Class Coupe and Cabriolet.
The question is, when will the face-lifted E Class Coupe make it to showrooms worldwide? Mercedes will, most likely, first implement the upgrades to the sedan iteration by mid-2020, before updating the All-Terrain (wagon) and Coupe/Cabriolet body styles. As always, we will bring you the details, so stay tuned to CarWale.
