A facelifted version of the Maruti Suzuki SX4 has been spotted testing in Bengaluru by the petrol heads at Team-BHP. This is the second set of spy shots after a partially camouflaged car was spotted testing in Gujarat earlier this year. Most of the changes to the SX4 are cosmetic in nature.
The front grille has been revised and has now been given major chrome treatment. The bumper has also been revised and now has new fog lamp housings. While the OVRM’s have now got integrated indicators, the report also suggests that the top-end variants are likely to get a GPS system. Most of the changes were first seen on the 2010 China spec Suzuki SX4. The Chinese version also got a redesigned rear-end but that change has not been implemented here. However, the rest of the car including the engine line up is not expected to change in any way.
The report suggests that the facelifted SX4 is already on its way to the dealers and this means that it will be launched soon.
