Last seen at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show, the DS 7 Crossback has been spotted on test in Delhi, India for the first time. The French carmaker, Groupe PSA has been eyeing the Indian market and the DS 7 Crossback could likely be the first product in the country. The compact SUV is based on the EMP2 platform.

Internationally, the DS 7 Crossback is available in two petrol and two diesel engine options. The petrol engine options include - 1.6-litre and 1.2-litre turbocharged engines, while the diesel options include turbocharged 1.5-litre and 2.0-litre engines. The engines are available in six-speed manual and eight-speed automatic transmission options.Â
Based on what can be seen, the DS 7 Crossback gets a hexagonal grille on the front which is flanked by the LED headlamps. The large muscular bumper on the front features L-shaped LED DRLs and a wide air dam with fog lamps on either side. As for the rear, the compact SUV gets a dual-tone bumper with integrated reflectors and chrome exhaust tips. Chrome detailing can also be seen around the grille, tailgate and the windows.Â

The company does not have any immediate plans to debut in the Indian market. However, the DS 7 Crossback could likely be the first product to be introduced in the country.
