- Will be available in T and T (O) variantsÂ
- First-in-segment CVTÂ
- To get 9bhp hike in powerÂ
The Datsun Go and Go+ CVT will be launched in India next month across two variants- T and T (O). This update for the Go twins also sees them get a 9bhp hike power as compared to the model that we drove in October 2018.Â
The Go and Go+ CVT are powered by a 1.2-litre three-cylinder engine producing 75bhp/104Nm. The standard transmission is a five-speed manual while the CVT is a first in the segment and comes with a low mode as well as a sport mode. We have driven the CVT power Go and Go+ and you can read about that here.Â
The top-of-the-line T (O) variant gets a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, LED DRLs and 14-inch alloy wheels. The slightly lower spec T variant is the same sans the DRLs and alloy wheels. All versions of the Go and Go+ get dual front airbags, pedestrian impact protection, ABS with EBD, seat belt reminder and central locking. The CVT version of the Go and Go+ will be launched in India next month.
