Citroen has taken the covers off the C-Aircross concept, exactly one month ahead of the Geneva Motor Show where the creation is due to be revealed.
The concept previews Citroen’s upcoming compact SUV. With its striking and slightly quirky design, this new concept embodies Citroen's capacity to be different, whatever the segment. The vehicle is 4.15m in length, 1.74m wide and standing tall at 1.63m, making it apt for the compact SUV space.
The C-Aircross features opposing opening doors, including rear-hinged doors at the back for better accessibility. Citroen’s designers opted for an elevated one-piece dashboard, and for suspended and raised seats that complement the interior layout.
The car comes with Citroen’s Grip Control dial which comes with 5 operational modes – Standard, Sand, Off-road, Snow and ESP Off. With its global debut set for the Geneva Motor Show on March 7, the C-Aircross concept heralds Citroen's global offensive in the SUV sector.
