Citroen has launched a video showcasing the steps it is taking for its India operations. And through this, it has revealed the first glimpses of the digital initiative that it will be taking for the Indian market when it begins operations here towards the end of next year.
The automaker has coined the term ATAWADAC that stands for Any Time, Any Where, Any Device, Any content. They have said that customer will be able to book, test or look at cars any time and at any location. In addition the automaker has also hinted that it will have a network of mobile service units thus allowing customers to get their Citroen serviced/maintained anywhere in the country. The French automaker has also used the term Phigital, which it says is a portmanteau of physical and digital, indicating the kind of dealership ecosystem it plans to run in India.
Citroen will be arriving in India by the end of 2020 with the C5 AirCross. It will locally build the car at a new plant that it is constructing at Tiruvallur near Chennai.Â
