Chevrolet India announced that along with their dealers, they have also taken steps to support customers impacted by the Chennai floods. The program includes a number of initiatives to repair customers’ vehicles in the quickest possible manner. Chevrolet India has announced significant discounts on the spare parts. In addition, they are working with the Insurance companies to help with faster settlement of insurance claims.
A special exchange bonus is being offered to customers to replace cars in case the damage is beyond repair. Chevrolet 24x7 roadside assistance will also be provided free of cost to support customers in getting their vehicles to the dealerships. In order to reduce the repair time, the Chevrolet authorised workshop working hours are being extended for faster deliveries.
Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Kaher Kazem, COO, General Motors India, said, “In these stressful moments, Chevrolet is committed to support its customers to get back to their regular day to day routine by getting their vehicles back on the road. Through the Relief Program, we are making all efforts to support our customers in the best possible manner.”
Nissan, Maruti Suzuki, Renault and Honda are also offering a similar program to support their customers.
