Chevrolet has announced the opening of their new 3S facility in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh taking the tally of the total number of sales facilities to nine in the state. This will also be the eighth service facility in the state available for Chevrolet customers.
Orange Chevrolet, the new 3S facility, will provide sales, service as well as spares in the coastal city of Vizag. Commenting on the new dealership inauguration, Kaher Kazem, President and Managing Director, GM India said, “We have opened the new dealership in the wake of the increasing popularity of Chevrolet vehicles in Vizag. The facility will be headed by Mr. Y Ramakoteswara Rao, who is recognized as a prominent business leader with strong credentials in the state. We are confident that under his able leadership and guidance, the dealership will set new benchmark in sales, service and customer satisfaction.”
Chevrolet also introduced the Chevrolet Complete Care program which includes assured low costs of maintenance and 24x7 roadside assistance. While it is offered free with new car purchases, it can also be availed for Chevrolet cars not older than five years. Chevrolet has also introduced the MyChevroletIndia app for handheld devices to estimate periodic service costs and to locate and contact the nearest Chevrolet dealerships.
