The Chevrolet Cruze will be launched on the 12th of October, 2009. The Cruze which has been caught testingby CarWale will have a 150bhp 2.0-litre diesel engine which also powers the Captiva.
The Cruze should cost around Rs 11-14lakh and later on the car will be available in 1.8-litre petrol engine. The Cruze will compete with the Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, Skoda Laura and the VW Jetta. Â To read our First Impression and pictures of the car, click here.
