Having made its official debut back in 2012 at the Paris Motor Show, the facelifted Chevrolet Beat has been awaited by many. Although, it now seems, fans of the snazzy little hatchback will not have to wait for long as General Motors India has teased the Beat facelift for the very first time.
In a bid to spice up the unveiling of the Beat facelift at the upcoming Auto Expo, the company has released a teaser image, showing the silhouette of the car. The teaser, however, does little to excite as we have already seen the facelifted model.
Talking about the upgrades, the Beat facelift gets a subtly redesigned exterior comprising of a new grille, a new bumper with revised air intakes and fog lamps with chrome surround. At the rear, the changes are even minimal with a revised pair of tail-lamps. The new car also gets a different set of alloy wheels.
Underneath the redesigned exterior, the new Beat will continue to come with a choice of 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol and 1-litre, 3-cylinder diesel engines.
Stay tuned for more updates on the Beat facelift and a whole lot of new cars headed for the 2014 Auto Expo.
