Chevrolet India has organised a nationwide service camp in the country for the existing owners. To be held from tomorrow – 20th September to 24th September – the five-day service camp will take place at all authorised Chevrolet service centres across the country.
These authorised centres also have lined up a range of offers for the customers which include up to 10 per cent discounts on labour and genuine-parts. Moreover, customers can avail free vehicle inspection and car top wash. The Chevrolet owners can get their cars inspected and get expert advice from the centre regarding the maintenance requirements. Chevy cars which are older than five years can avail additional benefits as well at this service initiative.
The existing Chevrolet owners have been informed about the service camp through various modes of communication including tele-calling, SMS, e-mailers and Chevrolet website updates.
Chevrolet has stopped the sales of its new cars in India last year, but it certainly has not stopped to provide the after-sales support to the Indian customers. This is the second such initiative by the defunct car brand in India after the American carmaker organised a similar monsoon service camp in June.
Markus Sternberg, vice president, commercial operations, Chevrolet India, commenting on the occasion, said, “We have planned Chevrolet Service Camps across India, affirming our continued support to customers in India.
