CEAT Announces CIRTA Award Winners for West zone.

RPG Group’s flagship company, CEAT Tyres, announced the winners of ‘India Road Transportation Awards 2010’ from the West zone. The following are the winners with the categories mentioned:

•    Bhorukas Logistics Pvt. Ltd. and BLR Logistics (I) Ltd. for Customer service
•    V - Trans (India) Ltd. for Personnel management

The CEAT India Road Transportation Awards (CIRTA) recognizes and felicitates the road transport industry’s achievers. Arnab Banerjee. Executive Director – Sales, Marketing & Outsourcing, CEAT Ltd said, “It is necessary to recognize the efforts of fleet owners towards smooth operations, customer satisfaction and their initiatives towards environment conservation. CIRTA as a platform will motivate fleet owners to work in a more organized and professional manner.”

These awards evaluate fleet owners on parameters including innovation, impact, sustainability and replicability. The awards were adjudged under the categories of  Operational Excellence, Environment Conservation, Customer Experience and Personnel Management. The National Awards event will be held on the 25th of June, 2010 in Mumbai.
