Carzonrent to now offer Mahindra Reva e2o on rent

Mahindra Reva and Carzonrent have announced a strategic partnership to launch first-of- its kind Electric Vehicle in the Self Drive category in India. Carzonrent will offer Mahindra e2o for self-drive in New Delhi, Bengaluru and Mumbai. Each city will have a fleet size of five e2o’s to begin with and the service will be expanded in all metropolitan cities in the future. 

This initiative is expected to encourage eco-friendly travel in metropolitan cities. The tie-up also enhances the Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure in India with over 100 charge points at prime locations in key cities. Charge points at convenient locations will be availed free of cost by the customers for Carzonrent’s Mahindra e2o self-drive services.  Carzonrent plans to enhance the availability of Mahindra e2o to expand in multiple locations across the cities.

Speaking on the association with Carzonrent, Chetan Maini, chief executive officer, Mahindra Reva said, “Our association with Carzonrent will bring Mahindra e2o and the concept of ‘Mobility as a service’ together, giving customers an opportunity to realise the endless benefits associated with this innovative solution.”
