BMW has announced that it will unveil two new concept cars at the 2015 Pebble Beach Concourse slated to take place in August. They have released a teaser in this regard which shows a sporty steering wheel indicating that one of the vehicles will be a sports car.
A report from Autoevolution suggests that one of the vehicles will be another M3 3.0-litre CSL tribute to celebrate 40 years of BMW in North America and more importantly to the celebrate the fact that BMW debuted on the American market with the M3 3.0-litre CSL. The tribute car is expected to be based on the M4 and is likely to be very similar to the homage car that was unveiled last month.
The other car that they suggest will be unveiled is the i8S a.k.a an M Spec i8. BMW has so far consistently denied the existence of the car but Autoevolution believes that BMW has built the machine in limited numbers to celebrate its 100th anniversary next year. Performance oriented BMWs are pretty much the pinnacle of what the Bavarian automaker is capable of creating and these two cars are expected to be nothing short of spectacular!
