BMW India has hiked the price of its entire range, including Mini, by up to six per cent with immediate effect. This means that the entire range of BMW cars sold in the country will now be in the price bracket of Rs 25.50 lakh to Rs 1.42 Crore while the Mini range will be priced in the range of Rs 26.60 lakh to Rs 37.50 Lakh.
Commenting on the price hike, Philipp von Sahr, BMW Group India president, said “we want to maintain sustainable leadership in the Indian market with a strong brand and an exceptional model range with unbeatable product substance. With the price increase, BMW Group will maintain its premium positioning in the Indian luxury car segment."
