BMW will launch a new crossover dubbed the X4 next year. This was confirmed by the German automakers chairman and CEO of BMW during their annual financial press conference. The X4 will be take many of its design components from the X6 but is expected to share many components with the smaller X3.
According to a report from Car and Driver, Not much is known about the new car except for the fact that it will manufactured at BMWs plant in Spartanburg South Carolina where most of the X-Series vehicles apart from the X1 are manufactured. The X4 will slot in as the largest vehicle in the new 4-series which is also expected to spawn a four-door sedan as well as a sporty derivative which will slot in between the M3 and the M5.
We expect that a few months after the vehicle is debuted and eventually launched for the international markets it will arrive at a shores with at least one petrol and a diesel mill.
