The BMW X6 started the trend and now almost all manufacturers want to make their boxy SUV’s into sleek coupes. Bentley has decided to get into the game as well and according to recent reports, Bentley will extend the Bentayga family to include a second member tentatively called “Bentayga Sport” as early as next year.
The report claims the coupe SUV will boast a freshened design from the current Bentayga and feature more sporting driving dynamics over the standard Bentayga. The updated design should preview a facelifted standard Bentayga as well. The model will get a coupe-like sloping roofline that will surely eat into the available headroom for rear passengers and is expected to have a negative impact on cargo capacity as well.
Reports also mention about a Seed variant which will focus on performance and include typical Speed upgrades, including a tweaked exterior design, racier colors, more power, and a reworked cockpit. Let’s just hope Bentley makes it prettier than the current Bentayga.
