In an effort to thrill auto enthusiasts further, the German automaker Audi will be introducing the RS7 Performance in October. The upcoming vehicle was last showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo. Last year, the German automaker introduced the RS7 Sportback in India.
The Audi RS7 Performance continues to be powered by a 4.0-litre V8 engine which puts out about 600bhp of power and 750Nm of torque as against the older one which generated 554bhp of power and 700Nm of torque. The latest version does a 0-100kmph in just about 3.7 seconds and its top speed is electronically restricted to 250kmph. Audi claims that the RS7 Performance returns a fuel efficiency figure of 12.32kmpl.
The new RS7 Performance will not get major design upgrades in comparison to the regular model. The vehicle gets a single-frame radiator grille, sleek Matrix and large air scoops. Inside, the vehicle retains the existing pattern except for an update to the MMI system and a drive select toggle system positioned on the steering wheel.
