Audi India has extended their service support by opening a new workshop in Thane. It houses an exclusive state-of-the-art body shop facility that will provide easy access for customers' car servicing needs in the region.
Audi Thane's service station is located at M/s. Krishiv Motors (P) Ltd., Plot No. 139, Mohanji Sundarji Road, Raghunath Nagar, Thane - 400604. It boasts of a 22 bay service area, a major part of the 32,000 sq. ft. facility. It is equipped with all the approved equipment, tools and technologies that are required for maintenance and repair, and which also meet Audi standards. Trained technicians have been appointed at the workshop capable of servicing 44 cars per day in a single shift.
The carmaker had launched a showroom in Hyderabad recently. And now with these new service facilities, the automaker is creating additional touch points for delivering service and improving access in different regions. All of this is also a part of their Workshop-First strategy which is helping in addressing the after-sales needs of their customers across India.
