- The RS Q8 will become the most powerful Audi eclipsing the R8 V10 Plus
- It will be powered by 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine
Audi has been readying the fully tricked-out version of their all-new SUV and has already begun testing it. To be called the RS Q8, this performance coupe SUV is all set to become the most powerful Audi, even eclipsing the Audi R8 V10 Plus sportscar.
It is being said that the Audi RS Q8 will be powered by the same 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that also powers the Lamborghini Urus and the Porsche Panamera Turbo S. While the engine develops 542bhp of power and 770Nm of torque, the electric motor from the hybrid setup will deliver an additional 134bhp of power and 400Nm of torque, taking the total power output to 670bhp and 850Nm.
The RS Q8 will be a whole package with adaptive pneumatic suspension and performance brakes with larger wheels and tyres. The electronic stability program will assist the driver to extract the maximum performance from the SUV within the limits of safety. On the other hand, the interiors will be luxurious and wrapped in Nappa leather and will get all the bells and whistles befitting Audi’s flagship SUV.
