Audi sold 1876 cars from January – August 2010 and has surpassed its last year’s annual sales of 1658 cars sold. The company has recorded a growth of 66 % over the same period in 2009 which was 1128 units. Audi India recorded sales of 250 cars in August 2010, a 46 % growth over August 2009 sales of 171 units.

Audi India recently announced the opening of dealerships in Kolkata and Bangalore. The company is also looking to open new showrooms in Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Chennai and Ludhiana soon.The Audi model range in India includes Audi A4, Audi A6, Audi A8, Audi Q5, Audi Q7, Audi TT and the Audi R8.
