Ahead of its unveiling at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, the upcoming Audi Q8 has been spotted on test in India. The camouflaged coupe-SUV was spotted testing with no badging on the vehicle. The company had last revealed the Q8 in concept form at the 2017 North American International Auto Show, in Detroit.
Based on what can be seen, the car gets a large one-piece grille with sleek Matrix LED setup. The vehicle also gets a raked wind screen along with a sloping roofline for that sporty stance. The vehicle gets LED tail lamp and LED strips that runs across the boot lid. At the time of production, the vehicle is expected to be offered in a five-seat configuration.
Although engine details are not known for now, the Q8 will be powered by a 3.0 TFSI six-cylinder engine. The vehicle might get a mild hybrid setup with an electric powered compressor. Mated to an eight-speed automatic gearbox, it is believed that the engine generates 469bhp of power and a whopping 700Nm of torque. More details about the new vehicle will be known in the days to come.
