Audi opens its first pre-owned car showroom in Rajasthan

Audi has set up a new pre-owned luxury car showroom in Jaipur. Called Audi Approved: Plus, the new showroom is spread over an area of 3,700 square feet, with room to display seven cars.

The showroom is attached to the German manufacturer’s luxury car dealership in the city, called Audi Jaipur. Every car sold through Audi Approved: Plus goes through 110 multi-point checks as well as mechanical, bodywork, interior and electrical inspections to ensure that they satisfy Audi’s standards. The cars are offered with a two year warranty and 24 hours Audi Roadside Assistance besides offering a host of facilities to its customers including insurance and easy financing options. 

Speaking about this new showroom, Mr Joe King, head of Audi India said, “The Audi Approved: plus showroom in Jaipur will address the growing demand for our sporty, sophisticated and progressive cars even in the pre-owned luxury car market while serving as a perfect gateway for Audi enthusiasts in Rajasthan.” 

The used car market in India has been growing by leaps and bounds, thanks to the customers’ surging spending power and the subsequent rise in demand of pre-owned luxury cars. However, a bad user experience can serve as negative publicity for a luxury car manufacturer and tarnish its image. At such a time, the facilities offered by Audi Approved: Plus like warranty, insurance and RSA offer peace of mind to the customers that comes along with a manufacturer-certified car. This not only helps improve the ownership experience for the customers, but also helps the manufacturers cater to a wider set of audience.
