Audi opens a new service centre in Surat

- New service and spares facility will cater to customers in Surat

Audi has recently inaugurated a new service facility in Surat, Gujarat. This workshop is situated at GIDC Industrial Estate, Bhatpore area and spreads over a total area of 35,000 sq.ft.

The service station is equipped with general repair and body shop equipment and gets two receptions to receive customer vehicles as well. There is an air cooling system in the bay area to optimise the efficiency of technicians during peak summers. An exhaust extraction system takes care of the health of the technicians by removing the unwanted vehicle exhaust gases from the workshop. Serviced vehicles are handed over to customers through a unique air conditioned vehicle handover area with auto rolling shutters.

Apart from a large parking area that can park about 50 vehicles, the facility also boasts of the brand's rigid standards of technology and workmanship. Audi India has made sure to add to customer delight apart from general maintenance and repairs. The German carmaker has also planned many initiatives to increase service level efficiency, accessibility and affordability.
