Audi announced the introduction of three new engines for the Audi A4 ― the 3.0 TDI quattro, the 2.0 TFSI and the 1.8 TFSI. With a range of five engines, the Audi A4 becomes the model with the widest choice for customers in the car market in India. The price for the Audi A4 range starts at INR 2,667,000 for the Audi A4 1.8 TFSI (ex-showroom Mumbai).
The Audi A4 offers a high standard equipment to India, including features known only from upper segments: for example the Multi Media Interface (MMI), the optical parking system with rearview camera and the Bang & Olufsen sound system are available options.
Audi India Managing Director Benoit Tiers said in a statement, "With the introduction of three new engines, we are able to offer the widest choice in the luxury car market to our customers in India. It is our constant endeavour to provide our customers with world class products and state-of-the-art technology."
