Audi’s full size SUV Q7, a maiden attempt by the German luxury brand turned out to be a huge success. If you think the Q7 has been around for a while, and you find it hard to differentiate the facelifted one from the older one, then here is some help.
The German luxury car maker has introduced the S Line and Style editions of the Audi Q7 S line sold in Great Britain. The S Line Style Edition gets the 3.0 V6 TDI and the 4.2 V8 TDI engines with an off-road styling package with stainless steel underbody protectors as well extended wheel arches. It also gets a massive 21-inch matte titanium alloy wheels with a five-arm rotor design.
The Audi Q7 S Line Sport Edition avails of the same engines a tiptronic gearbox as does the Style Edition. The difference begins with body-coloured wheel arch extensions, low bumper spoilers and larger front air dams. It stands tall on titanium 21-inch five-spoke rims, gets stainless steel underbody protection and dual oval exhaust tailpipes integrated in the rear bumper.
The two new special editions are based on the S Line Plus specification and come equipped with all the goodies found in this variant. They prices range between £ 52,975 (Rs 54.75 lakh) for the Q7 S Line Style Edition with the 3.0 TDI engine up to £ 64,100 (Rs 66.2 lakh) GBP for the Q7 S Line Sport Edition with the 4.2 TDI motor.
Audi India’s press release states the Q7 will be showcased in special editions at the Auto Expo. There is a strong chance that we might see the S Line Style Edition and Sport Edition which could be offered in limited numbers.
