"Our successful run in India continues in September 2010. This encouraging performance can be credited to our loyal customers. We are confident that we are well poised to achieve annual sales of 3000 cars this year, which exceeds our revised annual target of 2700 cars. Our focus on network expansion and the introduction of new and energetic products over the next few months, is in line with our growth strategy for India." said Michael Perschke, Head – Audi India.
After taking note of their success, Audi recently added a new engine variant – the 3.0 TFSI to their highly successful SUV - the Audi Q7. Michael Perschke also said that they would begin their product offensive with the launch of the much-awaited Audi A8 LWB, towards the end of this year.
