Audi India has opened the Audi Technical Service Centre for India in Mumbai today. It is the seventh Technical Service Centre for Audi in the Asia Pacific region.
This new service centre is located in Mumbai and comprises of a workshop and a training facility as well. Both will be in line with AUDI AG standards. The Analysis Workshop features three climate control work bays and comes equipped with all the equipment required for diagnosis and in depth analysis of product concerns. Apart from this, the centre also houses a training facility, where boot camps for the technical team as well as for the dealer network will be conducted.
Ulli Seyfferth, Head of Technical Service, Entire Vehicle, AUDI AG, said, "The Audi Technical Service Centre in India will enable us to obtain deeper insight into usage patterns of our cars and other local peculiarities as well as customer preferences in India. These learnings are equally important for us to adapt our products to suit the market requirements. The Audi Technical Service Centre will support technicians and service advisors from across the dealerships in India, as well as continuously cultivate their competence level to execute quality jobs and delight our customers."
