Audi has introduced a new ‘Dynamic’ variant for the Q3 and has priced it at Rs 38.4 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai). The new top-end version of the compact SUV gets few additional features and goes on sale to compete with the soon to be launched Mercedes-Benz GLA.
The features list for the Dynamic trim includes clear lens tail lamps, 17-inch alloy-wheels, off-road style package and a panoramic sunroof. However the most important addition is the Audi Drive Select and Dynamic comfort suspension for rough road conditions. Audi has also introduced three new colours – florett silver, mythos black and monsoon grey.
Joe King, Head, Audi India said, “The Audi Q3 Dynamic with Audi Drive Select is yet another example of our customer centric approach. We have further fine-tuned the suspension to meet Indian road conditions and offer the right balance between ride and comfort. With this new top of the line Audi Q3, we are further enhancing the appeal of one of the most successful SUVs in the Indian market. We are convinced that the Audi Q3 Dynamic will be a similar runaway success as the Audi Q3 in 2012 and will play a key role in our growth this year.”
The Q3 Dynamic has been strategically launched ahead of the Mercedes GLA, as the two German rivals compete for the top position in the Indian luxury car market. We also have reports that Mercedes dealers have started accepting bookings from their compact SUV and the starting price is expected to be around Rs 38 lakh.
