The Audi National Twin Cup finals took place in India recently. Completing its fourth edition successfully, the two-day saw Audi Ludhiana lifting the championship title in the Technology category. The service category award, meanwhile, was taken by Audi Hyderabad.
The Audi Twin Cup is organised by the manufacturer every year, worldwide, since 1996 to test the technical knowledge and systematic customer orientation of technicians and service advisors across all Audi dealerships. The members of Audi dealer networks pair up in teams to find and rectify the faults in cars, while also interacting with customers.
Team Ludhiana won this award in 2013 as well. The finalists included 279 technicians and service advisors from various Audi dealerships across India. The winners of this competition will represent our country at the World Finals in Europe scheduled by the end of 2015. They will compete against 80 other teams from 40 countries across the globe.
Joe King, Head, Audi India, said, "Personalised service and customised solutions are at the core of our after sales strategy. We believe in giving our customers a distinct luxury experience both pre-sale and post sale. The Audi Twin Cup, in its fourth year in India, truly reflects the commitment of our Audi partners towards excellence and maximising efficiency in order to achieve customer delight. This competition is an impressive display of the customer-centric approach of our dealerships and their constant endeavor to enhance service to our customers. We have already achieved a significant increase in customer satisfaction with service – and we want to become even better. This is what we call Audi Top Service."
We think this is a good initiative from the company that helps the employees hone their skills, improve their after-sales service and eventually enhance the customer experience.
