Audi expands into the North East by opening a showroom in Guwahati

Audi India has set their sights on expansion in the country. It has now become the first luxury car manufacturer to open a showroom in the North East. Audi has recently inaugurated a showroom in Guwahati. 

The world-class showroom was inaugurated by Joe King, head Audi India and Pulak Goswami, Chairman, Audi Guwahati. The entire model range will be showcased here over 15,000 sq ft. It is situated located on NH37, Lalmati. 

"North-East India has tremendous growth potential and the aspirations of people from the region are really high. We will be reaching out to the discerning luxury car customers across the seven sister states through Audi Guwahati," said Audi India head. 

The showroom will also house an Audi Shop where customers can purchase a variety of branded merchandise. It also houses the exclusive Audi service facility in the same premises. The workshop is built over an area of 7,600 sq ft and has a capacity to service six cars per day over three bays. There is a body and paint shop integrated into the area as well. 

This expansion comes as good news for Audi. The company has closed the year on a record high due to the heavy demand of its products. By opening up a showroom in Guwahati, Audi has tapped into a great and fairly ignored market. This move will win it many fans and also provide a wonderful market for its products.
