The 2017 season of the Formula 1 championship is set to kick off on March 26 and Aston Martin has just unveiled a couple of special edition models to celebrate its partnership with front runner Red Bull Racing.
These new special edition models are based on the V8 and V12 Vantage S. Aston has taken approval from Red Bull Racing drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen, with their signatures on both sill and inspection plaques.
Powered by V8 and V12 naturally aspirated motors, both Vantage Red Bull Racing editions are finished in deep Mariana Blue paint inspired by Red Bull Racing’s livery. For those wanting a slight twist, gloss Tungsten Silver or satin Mariana Blue exteriors are also optional.
Complementing the paint finish is a race-inspired carbon fibre splitter, diffuser, grille and side strakes. Red in-fills on the carbon fibre grille and yellow calipers complete the iconic colour scheme.
The V8 and V12 Vantage range is among Aston’s older line-up. The brand, as we know, has adopted twin-turbo power for its new range including the DB11. Click here to view our exclusive spy shots of the DB11 S which is currently undergoing testing.
