Tata has been on a spree to update its infotainment systems across models and the latest to join the queue is the Tata Harrier that has now been updated with Apple CarPlay.
Previously, the Harrier was only offered with support for Android Auto and now this addition completes the full requirement of catering to users of both types of smart phones. This update is being done at the dealer level and will see the Harrier join the likes of the Nexon, Tiago and Tigor, all of which have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
Tata, in the XZ variant, offers an 8.8-inch floating display for the infotainment system. It’s been developed by JBL specifically for the Harrier and runs Tata’s own operating system.
