Amaze continues to drive Honda sales to new highs in July 2018

- Honda Amaze becomes the first Honda to cross the 10,000 monthly sales mark

- Total sales of 19,970 units, a growth of 17 per cent

Honda Cars India sales have rocketed upwards since the launch of the all-new Amaze earlier this year. The Amaze is scaling new heights every month, breaking its own records, on its way to become the first Honda to cross the 10,000 sales mark in a month.

This has also led Honda to one of its best months in terms of sales in July, clocking almost 20,000 units, a healthy 17 per cent increase over the sales in July 2017. The month-on-month figures also show robust growth with 15,864 units sold in May and 17,602 units sold in June 2018.

While the Amaze has been driving up the numbers, the Honda City and the WR-V have been steady contributors to the sales register. With the Honda Jazz receiving its update last month, the premium hatchback is also expected to add to the sales tally in the coming months.
