-Grand i10 and Grand i10 NIOS will co-exist in the Indian market

Hyundai Motor India has unveiled the first glimpse of the Grand i10 NIOS. Bookings for the new Grand i10 NIOS have begun today for Rs 11,000 at all Hyundai dealerships across the country as well as official digital platforms.
The exterior look of the new Grand i10 NIOS features the signature Hyundai cascading grille design, giving wider and stronger appeal to the front while the rear's low and wide proportioned bumper makes it look stable yet sporty. The interiors are compact yet spacious where the upper C-pad appears to be floating on the lower C-pad. Even the door trim character line flowing into the C-pad gives a wider and spacious feel to the interior.
The name NIOS, according to Hyundai, means ‘more’ and depicts the persona of an athletic millennial offering more value, more features, more space and more excitement to live a happy millennial life. Hyundai has revealed that the focus of the overall design theme for the grand i10 NIOS is to create an advanced hatchback with cues from Indian architecture and inspired by nature.
Powertrain options on the all-new, third-generation Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS are expected to include BS-VI compliant versions of the 1.2-litre, four-cylinder dual VTVT petrol engine and the 1.2-litre, three-cylinder CRDi diesel engine.
