- All-black Harrier will receive the black treatment inside-out
- To be launched in August 2019
Tata Motors is working on what could be a new variant of the Harrier compact SUV. Images shared on the web reveal a blacked-out edition of the Harrier that will reportedly be launched in August. Compared to the standard version, the model receives updated exteriors and interiors.
As seen in the images here, the new trim of the Tata Harrier features a gloss black paintjob and blacked-out alloy wheels on the outside. The skid plates receive the black colour as well, while the chrome window line and logos have been retained.
Inside, the all-black Tata Harrier will receive black leather upholstery and a matte grey dashboard that replace the brown upholstery and faux-wood insert as seen on the standard model respectively. There will be no other changes and the Harrier will continue to be offered with the existing five mono-tone and two dual-tone colour options.
Engine specifications remain unchanged and hence, the all-black Tata Harrier will continue to be powered by the 2.0-litre diesel engine that produces 138bhp and 350 Nm of torque. This engine is available only with a six-speed manual transmission. The all-black Tata Harrier will be launched in August 2019.
