The all-new Skoda Superb Combi has been officially revealed, ahead of its public debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. Skoda is known for its spacious and practical estate cars and the new Superb Combi lives up to the reputation.
The new Superb Combi features a 660-litre boot, making it 27-litres bigger compared to the old model. With the rear seats folded down, the boot capacity increases to a massive 1,950-litres. The new Superb Combi gets a range of four-cylinder turbocharged petrol and diesel engines. The base-spec unit produces 120bhp while the most powerful engine develops 280bhp.
The new Superb Combi will go on sale in Europe later this year, post its public debut in Frankfurt in September. Despite its history of selling the Octavia Combi back in mid-2000, Skoda India is unlikely to launch the Superb Combi in India. Instead, the brand will concentrate on the standard Superb which has been doing really well in the Indian market.
